Cal
Whether tackling a garage, estate, or move as part of a team, or on a solo project organizing papers and memorabilia, Cal brings a wealth of positive energy and appreciation for how organization improves daily life. A native of San Jose, California, he studied journalism in college and has previously worked in the fields of junk removal, archiving, and large-scale library deaccessions. On his day off, you can find Cal making art, sitting under a tree or in the mountains, or at home with a book and his cat, Poser.
Lindsey
Hailing from Northern Virginia, Lindsey ran out of things to organize in her own home, so began organizing professionally with an eye towards helping others! Finding major satisfaction in the ‘before’ & ‘after,’ she is our resident folding ninja —queen of the perfect crease— and expert at closet projects in general. When not organizing, she works as a personal assistant, and enjoys trying new restaurants, going to the beach, and spending time with her dogs Bella and Willow.
Shuly
A veteran organizer with a speciality in closets and papers, Shuly is originally from Mexico and our bilingual secret weapon! She loves seeing the smiling faces of our customers at the completion of a well-managed project, whether a complicated move or a single closet. Prior to organizing, Shuly studied design and worked in the printing industry for many years, honing her aesthetic sense and attention to detail. When she’s not working, Shuly enjoys traveling, knitting and reading.
Tim
As the very first member of the SK team, Tim (aka “1-800-Call-Tim”) has seen and done it all, including hundreds of client moves during the COVID-19 pandemic when other organizing projects were restricted. With a background in interior design and psychology, he understands deeply the importance of both function and aesthetics when it comes to optimizing clients' spaces. Originally from New York, Tim is a dog dad (and sometimes pet adoption volunteer), who enjoys spending his time off traveling.
Chelsea
Our sole native Angeleno, Chelsea has been organizing since childhood, alphabetizing her family’s books, CDs, and especially the VHS collection, which had its own separate closet! With a special passion for wardrobe organizing, she loves the satisfaction of finding a place for everything, including the best places to donate items so they can enjoy a second life. An avid reader, cyclist, and yogi, she has also worked extensively in film and television with a long-term focus on casting and voice-over.
Sarah
A native of Houston, Sarah is a cat mom to Max and Harry and wears many hats in addition to professional organizer including academic tutor, actress, and private investigator. Organizing is in her blood — her aunt is an organizer in Texas and Sarah grew up preferring the Container Store to a toy store! She loves creating systems and structures that fit clients’ lifestyles to save them time and money. Within the SK team, Sarah is known for her outgoing personality and expertise with bathroom vanities, kids toys, and pantries.
Tara
Marin County born and bred, Tara serves as SK's Operations Manager and social media maven in addition to organizing with the team. With extensive prior experience in management for retail, fitness and lifestyle brands, she is a pro both at styling spaces and keeping the business running behind-the-scenes. When she’s not organizing other people’s homes, Tara is a busy mom of two elementary school students. Fun fact: Tara and Shara not only have rhyming names but are also cousins!
